Glucopon® 420 UP

Glucopon® 420 UP is an aqueous solution of alkyl polyglucosides based on a natural fatty alcohol C8 - C16, free of preservatives. Glucopon® 420 UP has moderate hydrotrope ability and a high foam with good primary cleaning. Mild to skin and also can synergistically reduce the skin irritation caused by anionic surfactants. It has excellent gloss retention (low to no streak) and excellent plastic compatibility. Primary function is a mild Degreaser and a foaming/stabilizing surfactant. Stable at high alkaline conditions, has excellent wetting. Has high foam and so may need a defoamer. Contains no biocide for preservation. Listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.
