CITROFOL® BII

CITROFOL® BII (tributyl O-acetylcitrate) is a bio-based plasticizers for nail lacquers or hair care products, with excellent solvent behavior paired with a pleasant skin feeling. CITROFOL® BII also helps in dissolving organic colour dyes in colour cosmetic and can be used as cleaning solvents in micellar water. The plasticizing properties of CITROFOL® BII give nail lacquer improved elasticity and vaporization of solvent after application. Additionally, the film is well protected against UV-light.
